Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear

  • Beauty products

  • Hair extensions

  • Sex toys

  • Personal care items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Special Return Conditions – Phones & Laptops

For smartphones, mobile phones, and laptops, NopokoShop accepts returns under specific conditions.
However, due to the nature of international delivery distances, logistics constraints, and shipping regulations associated with electronic devices containing batteries, these products are not eligible for monetary refunds once delivered.

Approved returns for these items will be processed for replacement or exchange only.

To qualify for a replacement or exchange, the product must:

• Be returned within the applicable return window
• Be in its original condition and packaging
• Show no signs of physical damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification

Returns may be accepted in cases including, but not limited to:

• Manufacturing defects
• Functional issues not caused by customer damage
• Incorrect item received

This policy ensures fair customer protection while maintaining operational feasibility within international shipping frameworks.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake is ours.
